Review of Youth Hostel Proteus PostojnaDuring my recent stay at Youth Hostel Proteus in Postojna, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of comfort and convenience this establishment offers. Nestled within a beautifully landscaped park, the hostel is ideally located just a short walk from the bus station and close to the famed Postojna Cave. The communal areas, especially the shared kitchen, were impeccably clean and well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals while bonding with fellow travelers. The staff proved to be genuinely helpful, particularly Timoti, who went above and beyond to assist with my travel plans to nearby attractions. After a long day of exploring, I appreciated returning to my clean, spacious room, where comfortable beds and personal power points enhanced my stay. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the hostel's proximity to a range of sports facilities, including clay tennis courts and bicycle routes, truly makes it a commendable choice for anyone looking to explore Slovenia's scenic beauty. All in all, I found Youth Hostel Proteus to be an excellent value for money, and I would gladly return for another adventure with friends.
